Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

or via WhatsApp (if mentioned on our website).
Genstreet reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a refund:
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
• Size issues (please check the size chart carefully)
• Color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Change of mind after delivery
• Products damaged due to improper use or washing
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
